About Shipping
Standard Shipping:
We can only ship purchases within Japan.
Your order will arrive via Yamato Transport. Additional shipping charges may apply for deliveries to certain areas or depending on the weight and volume of the product. If that situation applies to your order, we will contact you. We appreciate your understanding.
The basic shipping rates below cover up to six 1800ml bottles or twelve 720ml bottles per package. Please note that due to special rates for Okinawa Prefecture, the maximum number per package to Okinawa is two 1800ml or six 720ml bottles. Shipments exceeding those amounts will incur additional shipping fees.

Refrigerated Shipping:
When selecting refrigerated shipping, a surcharge of 440 yen (tax included) will be added to the rates listed below. Orders for nama (unpasteurized sake) will use standard shipping unless refrigerated shipping is selected at purchase. The refrigerated shipping surcharge covers up to five 1800ml bottles or twelve 720ml bottles per package.

Cash on Delivery (Yamato Express Collect Service)
All fees are paid in cash directly to the shipping company (Yamato Transport) at time of delivery. There is an additional fee for Cash on Delivery service based on the amount of the order (see below). Please note that this service is not available for delivery to remote Islands and Okinawa Prefecture. The Yamato Transport delivery person will issue a receipt on delivery. Please note that as only one form of receipt can be issued for any single order, so we cannot issue an additional receipt ourselves.

¥10,000 to ¥29,999 ¥440 (Tax included)
¥30,000 to ¥99,999 ¥660 (Tax included)

Scheduled Delivery:
Delivery timer and date can be scheduled within seven days of your order confirmation. Scheduling may not be possible for orders paid by bank wire transfer (furikomi).
