Limited Purchasing Periods
In principle, products do not have limited purchasing periods. However, if the exact release date of items like seasonal products cannot be reasonably predicted, we will post an approximate date in the product description, and may only allow pre-orders up until one day prior to the release date. In addition, in the unlikely event that we run out of stock after purchase, we will attempt to contact you directly.
Defective Goods
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference or taste. However, in the unlikely event that a received product has a defect, such as contamination, leakage, or obvious deterioration, then please contact us by telephone or email within one week of delivery.
Stock Numbers
With the exception of limited releases, we do not provide availability numbers. However, if stock levels become low, we will provide notification in the product description.
Delivery Time
We will ship orders paid by bank or postal account transfer within five business days after payment is confirmed, and in principle ship orders paid by credit card, Amazon Pay, or CoD within five business days of order confirmation. Pre-ordered items will be shipped within five business days from the date of release. You can schedule delivery date and time within Seven business days from the date your order is confirmed. Please note that there may be delivery delays due to weather, traffic conditions, or accidents during delivery. We thank you for your understanding.
Payment Method
We accept payment by credit card, Amazon Pay, cash on delivery, and bank or Japan Post bank transfer.
Payment Deadline
CoD is paid at the time of delivery of the goods. Payment by bank or Japan Post Bank Transfer should be made within one week of order, and we will ship the order only after payment is confirmed.
