The Satake company created Japan’s first power-driven rice milling machine in Higashihiroshima City, and now they have once more brought innovation to the industry to produce clean, clear flavor more efficiently, without overmilling the rice. Henpei milling mills the rice in a flat shape, while Genkei milling produces oval rice close to the original grain shape. These two sake allow you to taste the difference these different milling styles produce.
