Last fall, at Catad’Or 2024 one of South America's largest beverage competitions held in Santiago, Chile, Fukucho Hattanso Junmai Ginjo was awarded the Grand Gold Medal the highest honor in the sake category. And just recently, the commemorative gold medal arrived! This year marks the 20th anniversary since we started brewing with Hattanso rice. What a wonderful way to celebrate this milestone!
